7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the nicph platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game designs, trademarks, databases, and audiovisual materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by nicph or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use nicph Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from nicph Content;
